Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of AirGo Transfers, an online airport transfer booking service. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By using AirGo Transfers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

 

1.  AirGo Transfers acts as a booking service and is not the company that physically transports customers. Journeys are completed by affiliates with whom we work. We do not accept liability for any incidents or issues that may arise during the transportation.

2. Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled journey in the local time zone. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey are not eligible for any refund. Even if a customer books a return journey and cancels within 24 hours of the first journey, they are not entitled to a refund for either the first or second trip.

3. The purchaser of the transport services specified in the booking (the “Lead Party“) and all other passengers listed in the booking are parties to the contract with the nominated Supplier.

4. Bookings can be made online and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

5. Upon booking, customers will receive a customer confirmation email, which must be printed out or presented on a mobile device to the driver at the pick-up location.

6. All communication will be conducted via email or through our website.

7. It is the responsibility of the lead party to thoroughly review all booking details and notify us of any discrepancies.

8. Major changes, such as changes in the airport or pick-up address, may result in pricing adjustments.

9. The price quoted for the provided details is guaranteed. Any amendments to the booking details may alter the price accordingly.

10. In certain destinations, local authorities require children to use appropriate child seats until they reach 12 years of age or a height of 135 cm. Our suppliers will endeavor to provide child seats upon request and payment. Customers should familiarize themselves with local guidelines regarding traveling with children.

11. In the case of booking a shuttle service instead of a standard private transfer, children under the age of 2 may sit on an adult’s lap. If a separate seat is required, an additional fee will apply.

12. Customers should inform us of any special requirements by emailing info@airgotransfers.com.

13. Cancellations and amendments must be made via email at info@airgotransfers.com. Amendment fees may apply. Any changes to the pick-up time may incur additional additional charges and must be communicated 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.

14. Bookings are not classed as confirmed until we have sent an email confirming that we have accepted and allocated an operator. In the event of last-minute bookings when outside our office, this term should be noted.

15. If customers do not use the services for any reason and fail to cancel the booking through the website, no refunds will be provided.

16. All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and credited to the original form of payment and account used at the time of booking, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds may take up to ten days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the processing time of the banks involved.

17. Bookings made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled journey cannot be guaranteed. If there is an issue with such bookings, a full refund will be provided.

18. AirGo Transfers may need to cancel bookings due to vehicle issues or special circumstances. In the event of cancellations, we are not liable for any additional charges but will provide a full refund.

19. All baggage must be declared and paid for at the time of booking. We accept no liability if undeclared luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity or if a customer brings extremely oversized luggage.

20. Smoking, alcohol consumption, soiling the vehicle, and any threatening or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited in the vehicles.

21. All affiliates are insured at the time of registering with AirGo Transfers. We also provide on-the-spot checks on affiliates to ensure that they are up to date with this requirement.

22. While reasonable efforts will be made by the supplier to provide services at the confirmed times, there is no guarantee that the vehicle and driver will arrive on time or reach the destination on time.

23. In the event of a flight, ship, or train delay or cancellation when being collected from an airport, port, or train station, customers should contact the supplier using the telephone numbers provided on the e-ticket. While our suppliers will make every effort to accommodate changes caused by delays beyond the customer’s control, this may not always be possible. It may be necessary for customers to make alternative travel arrangements at their own cost locally.

24. In some destinations, transfers or shuttle pick-up and drop-off may not be provided directly to the hotel. Instead, customers may be dropped off or picked up at a central point within a reasonable walking distance from the final destination.

25. Transfer times displayed on our website are estimated and may vary depending on traffic and the number of en-route stops.

26. AirGo Transfers has a duty to select suppliers of transfer services with reasonable skill and care. We have no liability to customers for the actual provision of services, unless it is proven that we have breached our duty to use reasonable care in selecting the third-party supplier and the customer has incurred direct loss or damage as a result.

27. We, along with our group companies, officers, and employees, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage incurred by customers, including direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential loss or damages, loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, wasted management or office time, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. This applies to the booking, the services, and the use of the AirGo Transfers website or app.

28. We do not provide any representations or warranties relating to the transfer services booked through us to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Our liability to each passenger, except in cases involving death or personal injury, is limited to the maximum cost of the booking for the services.

30. Complaints should be directed to info@airgotransfers.com.

31. We strongly recommend that customers obtain travel insurance for their trip.

32. If any provision or part of a provision in these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision or part-provision will be removed from these terms and conditions. The remaining provisions will continue to apply as if the offending provision or part-provision had never been agreed upon.

33. Customers may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent. We may transfer any of our rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without the customer’s prior written consent.

34. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data collected from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website.

35. These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
